Dr. Carrie Cromwell started her professional career as a Registered Nurse and later as a nurse anesthesiologist. She realized that along with her love of providing quality care for patients, she needed a creative outlet. She then discovered that she loved creating graphic art and is passionate about digital aesthetics. Along with helping patients at the veteran's hospital, she realized that she also loved helping businesses achieve success by using her creative talent. This is where the idea to start a digital marketing business was born.
Lance Cromwell graduated from Baylor University's Executive MBA program and is an expert in all things marketing and business. Not only is he Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, but he is also a former Interim-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and a Facilities Manager. From 2008 to 2018, Mr. Cromwell co-owned his own facilities management company. During this experience, he mastered the fundamentals of marketing, management, working with third-party vendors, and of course customer service. These opportunities have given Mr. Cromwell extensive experience not only in leadership but a sound fundamental understanding of how to properly manage and market every aspect of a business.
